Lead Singer Bubba Bryant was raised right here in Charleston, SC and is a graduate of The Charleston School of the Arts. He is best known throughout Charleston and the US for his 5 seasons on the Lifetime Networks hit television series “Army Wives” (Credited as Richard Bryant), playing Jeremy Sherwood. Since his departure from the show he is focused on all things music, performing at many of the local venues and bars around Charleston!
Drummer Jake Wisse, another local Charlestonian has been studying percussion since an early age. He graduated from both Wando High School and Clemson University. His musical training is extremely diverse, having studied everything from classical keyboard percussion to African drumming.
High Tide plays an extremely eclectic range of covers and originals from your standard Dave Matthews, Tom Petty, Kings of Leon to outrageously awesome acoustic versions of “Baby got Back” and “Gin and Juice. Bubba can also play acoustic solo sets as well!
