Some may say that Doug's occupational fate was sealed when his parents named him Douglas John, thereby giving him the initials "D.J." It wasn't long before young Doug was "borrowing" his older siblings' 45s and albums and playing them on the record player in the basement. Doug also remembers his older sister teaching him his very first set of dance moves at a young age that he still continues to refine to this very day! As Doug grew up, DJing became one of his favorite hobbies. After much coaxing from family and friends, Doug finally decided to turn his DJ hobby into a business.
